How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land), product weight / volume and shipping location.  All products are shipped using USPS.

Where can I obtain tracking information?

Once your order is fulfilled and a label has been created, you will receive tracking information in your email. If you did not check out with an email address, you may not receive your tracking number.

Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to update. This wait time is dependent on the post office.

If your item is stuck in pre-shipment for more than 5 business days, or you did not receive any tracking information, please reach out to us via the contact us page.  

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Why does my soap look different than the last time I ordered it?

Our soaps are handmade, hand poured and hand cut. Each bar is one of a kind.  This means that though we use the same specific ingredients for a particular bar, they can be varying in color, and design.
