All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us prior to shipping. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being submitted.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- your order is delayed due to factors out of our control (e.g., delivery delays, weather)
- the product is open and out of its original packaging

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we will only accept returns/exchanges if products have not been opened and are in their original packaging.
Request for returns/exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt. Due to the delicate nature of the natural ingredients used in our products, we will be unable to accept products kept longer than 10 days.
